First Power Off Mobile  and Press Volume key Up Side And Press Menu Button 
and Then Press Power key the Press and Hold Together.














use key Volume Up and down for moving and press power key for ok menu.....

press power key on wipe data/factory reset

and next option delete all

then mobile rest  and again reboot now option press 

then your mobile are completely reset.

press power key on yes  -- delete all user

and reboot mobile your mobile is hard rest now.
